Warm-up Fartleck: A swim set at a time of whatever you want. Swimmer is to swim at a medium pace and depending on time a whistle is blown and the swimmer must sprint the rest of the lap their on and 1 more lap. (For example if the swimmer is halfway down the pool they sprint the rest of that lap and one more lap) This set is usually set at 20 minutes and every minute the whistle is blown. If you want to add some distance add the time range. There are no intervals in this set unless doin numerous amounts.
