10 sets of 25s -do a 25 off the blocks then get out and do 10 situps, repeat until 10 sets of these are done
500 free
250 choice
minute or two break between each set
Kick Set 5-100s of freestyle Kicks 20 sec break
Main Set 10-50s do them on 50 seconds


Warm-Down 500-choice nice and easy
Other Water polo is a great excercise for the legs...and its really fun! none
