While most\u00a0swimmers are huffing and puffing after just a few laps,\u00a0great flyers cruise up and down the lane with what seems to\u00a0be the greatest of ease. It looks like they could go forever.\u00a0The secret to success in the butterfly lies in perfect\u00a0technique&#8211;particularly technique under the water.
