ROLAND Schoeman unleashed his devastating sprinting ability for the second time in Irvine tonight, and the result was the same as the first time: a gold medal.<\/p>\n<p>The South African sprinter par excellence \u2013 world record-holder for 50 meters fly \u2013 took his 100 fly out tonight in a slow (for him) 24.33, which was still almost a full second faster than anyone else.  He struggled coming home, as virtually the entire field gained on him, but Roland\u2019s lead was insurmountable.  Tired, he touched in 53.08, a PR, for the win.
