COLUMBIA, SC, December 10. THE South Carolina men's and women's swimming teams return home this weekend for the Carolina Classic, December 10-12 at the Carolina Natatorium, per Gamecock reports. <\/p>\n
Hosted by the "Team Carolina swim program", the meet begins on Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. USC, Team Carolina and swim clubs from across the nation will compete in 15 different events over the next three days.<\/p>\n
"It's our last opportunity before the end of the semester and I hope we are able to feed off the momentum we gained after a solid weekend at Auburn," said USC head swimming coach Don Gibb. "It's a good chance for our swimmers to swim some different events and see what can be accomplished. It will be nice to be back in our own pool and we look forward to competing this weekend."<\/p>\n
