﻿{"id":8162,"date":"2004-09-30T23:00:50","date_gmt":"2004-10-01T04:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/uncategorized\/2004\/09\/sweden-names-team-for-world-championships\/"},"modified":"2014-07-25T16:41:56","modified_gmt":"2014-07-25T23:41:56","slug":"sweden-names-team-for-world-championships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/sweden-names-team-for-world-championships\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweden Names Team for World Championships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MALMO, Sweden, October 1, WORLD record holders Therese Alshammar and Anna Karin Kammerling highlight a squad of six men and 12 women who will represent Sweden at the 2004 FINA Short Court World Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana October 7-11, 2004.<\/p>\n<p>At the Grand Prix 3 selection meet (SC), Kammerling showed she is in fine form for her specialty 50 Butterfly with a :25.90, only .54 outside her global mark, scoring 980 FINA rating points.  <\/p>\n<p>Kammerling\u2019s total trailed only fellow butterflyer Johanna Sjoberg, whose :57.70 was good for 984 points, just 1.36 from Natalie Coughlin\u2019s world standard.
