This Central Zone Sectional 3 meet features 600 of the regions\u2019 best swimmers from Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>Hosted for the third time by IU Division of Recreational Sports, the Division recently received the  \u201cBest Local Host Award\u201d from the Bloomington Convention &#038; Visitors Bureau.  Annie Eakin, event director and IU Recreational Sport\u2019s assistant program director for aquatics, says: \u201cWe are honored to be hosting this event for USA Swimming again this year.  It\u2019s also a great opportunity for local swimming enthusiasts to see top competitors \u2013 including future Olympic hopefuls\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>New this year, IU Recreational Sports has installed a live webcam that will allow family, friends and swim enthusiasts who are not able to attend in person, to view the race heats as they happen.<\/p>\n<p>More than 1000 spectators, coaches and volunteers are expected to attend this annual event.  All swim events are open to the public.  Admission fee is $2 for the preliminaries and $4 for the finals.
