32 swimmers in the 11-12 and 13-14 age groups have been named to the 1999 Pacific Coast All-Star team which will compete January 23-24 at Oceana High School in Pacifica, CA. The team will be led by Head Coach Ken LaMont of Irvine Novaquatics as they go up against teams from Pacific, Pacific Northwest and Oregon Swimming. LaMont will also coach the 13-14 boys; joining LaMont on the coaching staff will be Don Garman of Industry Hills, coaching the 11-12 girls, Mission Viejo’s Mike Lewellyn coaching the 11-12 boys and Rose Bowl’s Justin Davis coaching the 13-14 girls.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
