\nCOLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The 2000 Olympic head coaches, Mark Schubert and Richard Quick, will get an Olympic pool preview in 1999, when the two serve as head coaches of the 1999 Pan Pacific Championship teams, USA Swimming announced. The event, which is USA Swimming’s top priority meet in 1999, will be held Aug. 22-29 at the Olympic venue in Sydney, Australia. <\/p>\n
On the men’s side, Schubert will be joined by assistant coaches David Marsh of Auburn Aquatics, Dick Jochums of Santa Clara and Jon Urbanchek of Club Wolverine.
