There are six heats in the 100 fly, with world record-holder Natalie Coughlin of Cal the top seed.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 1.  Auburn\u2019s Leslie Lunsmann wins in 1:01.23.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 2.  Marisa Kozak, USC, takes the heat in 1:01.02.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 3.  Using her strong underwater, Georgia sophomore Tricia Harm, clocks 59.48.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 4.  Georgia\u2019s Mary Descenza clocks 58.61 as five girls break a minute.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 5.  Stanford\u2019s Dna Kirk takes command at the start and just keeps going.  She finishes in 57.69, a new meet record.  It may last for only a minute, as Nat swims the next heat.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 6.  Coughlin splits 26.96, right on her WR pace.  She touches in 57.69, tying Dana Kirk\u2019s new meet record.  Arizona\u2019s Whitney Myers is second in 58.62.<\/p>\n<p>Cuts: a final: 59.48;  B final: 1:00.07<\/p>\n<p>Georgia positions itself to gain ground with three swimmers in the A final, one in B.
