The men captured a 165.5-132.5 victory.<\/p>\n<p>Wanezek went 49.86 in the 100 back, improving her Soderholm Family Aquatic Center from 50.30 from October. The junior was part of the winning 200 medley relay and went 1:50.35 in the 200 back, the latter a 1-2-3 sweep for the Badgers. <strong>Lily Van<\/strong> <strong>Heel<\/strong> was second in both events.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uwbadgers.com\/documents\/2026\/11\/7\/Wisconsin_vs_Minnesota_11-6-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/big-ten-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Ten Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wanezek joined<strong> Brooke Corrigan, Hailey Tierney<\/strong> and Van Heel to go 1:35.77 in the relay. Corrigan won the 100 breaststroke in 59.55 and the 200 in 2:07.44. Tierney sprinted to the win in the 50 free, her time of 22.22 seconds .01 quicker than Minnesota\u2019s <strong>Livi Wanner.<\/strong> Tierney then bested Wanner by .45 seconds with her 48.99 in the 100 free.<\/p>\n<p>Wanezek, Tierney, Van heel and <strong>Sarah Freeman<\/strong> went 1:29.21 in an exhibitioned 200 free relay that was the fastest in the field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taryn Weatherhead<\/strong> outdueled teammate <strong>Vivian Moulson<\/strong> by .09 seconds with a winning time of 1:56.27 in the 200 butterfly and placed second in the 100 fly. <strong>Maddie Waggoner<\/strong> went 16:01.22 to win the 1,650 freestyle and touched first in the 500 free in 4:43.37.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izzy Enz\u2019s<\/strong> 146.44 powered a 1-2-3 in the 200 free and finished third in the 500. Wisconsin capped the individual events with a 1-2-3 sweep in the 400 individual medley, <strong>Stella Chapman<\/strong> winning in 4:07.75, followed by Waggoner and Moulson.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Morgan Thomas<\/strong> got Minnesota\u2019s only win on the women\u2019s side, going 52.84 to edge Weatherhead by a tenth in the 100 fly. <strong>Katie McCarthy<\/strong> was second in both distance events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enzo Solitario<\/strong> and <strong>Yoav Romano<\/strong> paced the Wisconsin men\u2019s effort by monopolizing the freestyle events.<\/p>\n<p>Romano prevailed in the 1,650 free in 14:49.41, then ruled over the 500 free with a time of 4:13.71. Second in the latter was <strong>Miles Cratsenberg,<\/strong> who was also second to <strong>Luukas Vainio (<\/strong>1:33.85) in the 200.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enzo Solitario<\/strong> won the 100 free in 43.35, with Vainio second. He touched in 1:42.35 to secure the 200 fly and he was second in the 100 fly.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin won the 200 medley relay in 1:25.70 with the foursome of <strong>Landon Kyser, Brayden Henkel, Nathan Welker<\/strong> and Vainio. Welker won the 100 back in 46.38 and was third in the 50 free. Henkel was tops in the 100 breast in 52.97. <strong>Adam Graham<\/strong> bested Kyser in the 200 back in 1:42.97, and Kyser was second by a tenth to <strong>Ege Kocak<\/strong> in the 400 IM, the freshman winning 3:51.65.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joe Polyak<\/strong> won the 200 breast in 1:56.80 for Minnesota. He was also second in the 100 breast.
