At Swim Clinic in Japan, Leon Marchand Hails \u2018Awesome\u2019 Yumeki Koijma, Tomoyuki Matsushita<\/strong><\/p>\n

Japan\u2019s top medley swimmers are hard at work this week, and Leon Marchand has been paying attention.<\/p>\n

The French reigning Olympic double medley champion hailed the \u201camazing progression\u201d of Yumeki Kojima<\/strong> and Tomoyuki Matsushita<\/strong> as he eyes them as potential rivals at the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028.<\/p>\n

Marchand this week is back in Japan for a special swim clinic hosted by the Asian Games in Nagoya, Japan. It\u2019s a chance for him to revisit the site of his Olympic debut in Tokyo in 2021, which set the stage for him to win four gold medals three years later in Paris.<\/p>\n
