Penn Hires Megan Shaffer as Assistant Coach<\/strong><\/p>\n

The University of Pennsylvania last week hired Megan Shaffer<\/strong> as an assistant coach. She joins the staff of head coach Mike Schnur<\/strong> after two seasons as an assistant at the United States Military Academy at West Point.<\/p>\n

Shaffer helped the Black Knights win the Patriot League men\u2019s championship in 2024-25, working with 38 individual conference champions across programs. In that time, Army had 11 NCAA qualifiers, seven All-Americans, two Patriot League Swimmers of the Meet and set 20 conference records.<\/p>\n
