Richards followed in 1:47.64, 0.07 ahead of Scott (1:47.71) with <strong>Tom Dean<\/strong> \u2013 still on the road back to full fitness following a shoulder injury \u2013 fourth in 1:48.48.<\/p>\n<p>The quartet have combined to win the last two Olympic 4&#215;200 relay titles and will face each other at next month\u2019s Commonwealth Games when they\u2019ll represent their home nations before reuniting under the Great Britain flag at the European Championships in Paris in August.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angharad Evans<\/strong> completed the breaststroke double by following up her 1:04.98 win over 100m with victory in the 200 in 2:23.27. <strong>Evi Mackie<\/strong> was 10.68secs adrift in 2:33.95 with <strong>Emily McGhee<\/strong> third in 2:34.85.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abbie Wood<\/strong> went ahead on the second 50 of the 200IM and never looked back, winning in 2:09.98 with <strong>Katie Shanahan<\/strong> next home in 2:12.49.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ollie Morgan<\/strong> enjoyed a clear win in the 100 back, touching in 53.56 ahead of <strong>Luke Greenbank<\/strong> (55.29) and <strong>Logan Vandermeulen<\/strong> (57.33).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Freya Colbert<\/strong> withdrew from the 200IM final to focus on the 400 free in which she had a clear win in 4:12.39.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Max Litchfield<\/strong> won the 400IM (4:23.80), <strong>Holly McGill<\/strong> took the 100 back (1:02.71) and <strong>Ed Mildred<\/strong> and <strong>Ciara Schlosshan<\/strong> claimed their respective 50 fly titles in 24.17 and 26.58 respectively. <strong>Luke Hornsey<\/strong>
