To date, she has largely emerged as a factor in the sprint-freestyle events, and as a hope for U.S. relays. Later this summer, we&#8217;ll get our latest glimpse of Erisman&#8217;s talent at the Pan Pacific Championships, scheduled for August in Irvine, California.<\/p>\n<p>As the 17-year-old prepares for that global competition, her first at the senior level, Erisman looked solid over the weekend at the <a href=\"https:\/\/swimmeetresults.tech\/USA-Swimming-TYR-Pro-Swim-Series-Indianapolis-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TYR Pro Series stop in Indianapolis<\/a>. While the meet was highlighted by <strong>Kate Douglass<\/strong>&#8216; stunning world record in the 50-meter freestyle, Erisman quietly went about her business and delivered a strong showing.<\/p>\n<p>Erisman wrapped up her meet on Saturday night by placing fourth in the 100 freestyle, behind a performance of 53.24. A day earlier, Erisman went 24.82 in the B Final of the 50 freestyle.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond her sprint-freestyle performances, Erisman demonstrated her range across multiple events. She recorded several personal-best times at the Indiana University Natatorium, including a mark of 1:56.15 in the 200 freestyle. That time accounted for a .56 drop from her previous top time, a 1:56.71 from earlier this year. Further improvement in the event will make Erisman an option for the United States&#8217; 800 freestyle relay at Pan Pacs.<\/p>\n<p>Erisman also logged personal-best performances in Indy in the 100 butterfly and 200 backstroke. In the 100 fly, the Cal recruit touched the wall in 58.46 to win the B Final. The 200 backstroke borought an even more impressive outing, as Erisman covered her four laps in 2:07.00. Her prior best was a 2:08.20 from the Fort Lauderdale Open in May.<\/p>\n<p>Consider the weekend a quality tuneup for big things to come this
