Alabama Hires Ryan Purdy as Assistant Coach<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alabama on Tuesday announced the addition of Ryan Purdy<\/strong> to the swimming and diving coaching staff.<\/p>\n

Purdy will serve as an assistant coach, replacing Michael White,<\/strong> who last week was hired by Arizona State<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prudy arrives on the staff of head coach Margo Geer<\/strong> after two years at Army. He was a standout swimmer at Arizona, graduating in 2024.<\/p>\n

“I want to sincerely thank Margo and the entire Alabama swim and dive family for this opportunity,” Purdy said in a team press release<\/a>. “I’m incredibly grateful and honored to join such an elite program. Alabama has such a rich history in swimming and diving and I can’t wait to help take it to an even higher level. Roll Tide!”<\/p>\n
