Landon Marzullo Joins Utah as Head Diving Coach<\/strong><\/p>\n

Utah on Monday hired Landon Marzullo<\/strong> as its head diving coach for the men\u2019s and women\u2019s swimming and diving teams. He joins the staff of head coach Jonas Persson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Marzullo replaces Richard Marschner,<\/strong> who after 16 years with the Utes was hired to lead Tulane\u2019s diving program this week<\/a>. Marschner was the Big 12 Men\u2019s Diving Coach of the Year in 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n

Marzullo inherits that depth, coming over after five years as the head coach at Nebraska.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel extremely blessed and excited for the opportunity to lead the Utah diving program,\u201d Marzullo said in a press release<\/a>. \u201cUtah swimming and diving has a phenomenal legacy and I truly believe it\u2019s one of the best programs in the nation. I can\u2019t wait to bring my knowledge and experience to Salt Lake City to help continue building on their success. I want to thank everyone who has been involved in this process, especially Jonas Persson and the entire swim and dive staff. I would also like to wish Richard Marschner the best of luck in his new adventures. Finally, a special thank you to my wife Jennifer and daughter Mia; without their continued support none of this would be possible.\u201d<\/p>\n
