Kate Kovenock Will Not Return as Brown Women\u2019s Swim Coach<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brown University on Monday announced that Kate Kovenock<\/strong> will not return as the head coach of its women\u2019s swimming and diving team.<\/p>\n

Kovenock had been in charge of the program since the start of the 2014-15 season<\/a>. She compiled an overall dual-meet record of 46-41 and a 35-40 mark in Ivy League competition. The Bears finished fourth at the Ivy League Championships this year.<\/p>\n

“We thank Kate for her leadership of our women’s swim and dive program,” Vice President for Athletics and Recreation M. Grace Calhoun<\/strong> said in a press release<\/a>. “We are grateful for her contributions and wish her well in her next chapter.”<\/p>\n
