It also highlights the important role strong LSCs can play in helping grow the sport through better communication, stronger competition structures, and deeper engagement at the local and regional level.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"3063\">The newly unified Ohio Swimming LSC now represents more than 90 clubs, 9,000 athletes, 800 coaches, 500 officials, and countless volunteers. That scale creates an opportunity to build a stronger shared identity while improving visibility, programming, and member connection across the state.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3493\">Ohio Swimming recently hosted its inaugural Short Course Championship season under the new structure, with Senior Championships at The Ohio State University and Junior Championships at the SPIRE Institute.
