So I\u2019m really pleased to have come through in that race and I mean the competition was just stacked. It\u2019s not just Adam, it\u2019s me and Max too and we have been rivals for two years and then Greg as well. Everyone\u2019s just coming through, so it\u2019s truly amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Three-time Olympic champion Peaty said: \u201cHonestly, I don\u2019t really care what the scoreboard says right now. I think this journey is going to be very, very different as I look towards LA. I can\u2019t go into every single competition expecting to be the best or the fastest. It\u2019s just not possible when I\u2019m older. So this one\u2019s a little bit different and yes, life has been pretty busy as well. And it\u2019s just great to be out racing really.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Scott At The Double<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Duncan Scott<\/strong> completed the IM double with a 4:15.94 victory in the longer race ahead of <strong>Max Litchfield<\/strong> (4:19.04) and <strong>Ed Marcal Whittle<\/strong> (4:26.35). <strong>Amalie Smith<\/strong> enjoyed a 10-second winning margin in the women\u2019s race in 4:40.13.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matt Richards<\/strong> added the 50 free crown to his 200 in 22.43 ahead of <strong>Jacob Mills<\/strong> (22.49) and <strong>David Cumberlidge<\/strong> (22.61).<\/p>\n<p>Edinburgh University\u2019s <strong>Ciara Schlosshan<\/strong> upgraded 200 fly silver to 100 gold in 58.39 ahead of <strong>Lucy Grieve<\/strong> (58.72) and <strong>Keanna Macinnes<\/strong> (58.92).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oli Morgan<\/strong> and <strong>Lauren Cox<\/strong> won their respective 50 back races in 24.73 and 27.83 with <strong>Tyler Melbourne-Smith<\/strong> (7:58.15) and <strong>Amelie Blocksidge<\/strong> (8:35.51) winning their respective 800 frees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ed Mildred<\/strong> won the men\u2019s 200 fly in 1:58.91 and <strong>Anna Morgan<\/strong> was the only woman inside 31 in the 50m breaststroke (30.78).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Freya Colbert Breaks British 200 Free Record;
