Tampa remained third at 232, followed by Colorado Mesa. McKendree jumped two spots to fifth, with Grand Valley and Wingate each sliding.<\/p>\n<p>Lynn holds eighth this month, with Florida Southern and Northern Michigan each leaping three spots to ninth and 10th, respectively. Delta State leaped from 24th to 18th.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/tampa-moves-to-no-1-in-cscaa-division-ii-womens-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">December Division II\u00a0 Poll<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/cscaa-division-ii-polls-drury-men-tampa-women-stay-on-top\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">January Division II Poll<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/ncaa-division-ii-coverage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NCAA Division II Coverage<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The top seven are unchanged among the women, with Tampa\u2019s 243 points leading Nova Southeastern\u2019s 238 and Colorado Mesa\u2019s 236 at the summit. Drury, West Florida, Indianapolis and Grand Valley held their positions. Delta State and Catawba moved up to eighth and ninth, respectively, with Wingate sliding to 10th.<\/p>\n<p>The committee for the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America poll, made up of Division II coaches, evaluates and ranks the nation\u2019s top 25 dual meet teams based on several factors. These include head-to-head dual meet results, performances since the last rankings, season-long achievements, dual meet records, roster changes (such as injuries), and data from the SwimCloud simulator.
