Lo does her club swimming with Suburban Seahawks Club and excels in sprint freestyle and backstroke. She was the 50m free runner-up at NCSA Summer Championships last July after earning bronze in the 100m free at Mid Atlantic Long Course Seniors two weeks prior.<\/p>\n

Currently a junior at Episcopal Academy, Lo won the 50 free and raced to fourth in the 100 free at the 2025 Eastern Interscholastic Swimming Championships. She placed fifth and seventh, respectively, in those events during her freshman season. She is also a NISCA All-American.<\/p>\n
The Blue Devils finished eighth at the 2026 ACC Championships. Lo’s top 50 free time would currently rank third on Duke’s lineup this season.<\/p>\n
