The final of women\u2019s 100 freestyle Saturday night is one such intriguing combination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rylee Erisman<\/strong> led the way in prelims with a time of 53.63, but the final will include both <strong>Summer McIntosh<\/strong> and <strong>Claire Weinstein<\/strong> in addition to the usual sprinters who\u2019ve been excelling this week in Austin.<\/p>\n<p>The final morning session in Austin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/usa-swimming-pro-swim-series-austin-day-1-finals-bobby-finke-tops-daniel-wiffen-in-1500-free-regan-smith-anna-elendt-score-dominant-wins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day 1 Recap<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/\/news\/usa-swimming-pro-swim-series-austin-day-2-finals-leon-marchand-summer-mcintosh-take-care-of-business-in-200-im\/\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day 2 Recap<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/usa-swimming-pro-series-austin-day-three-finals-summer-mcintosh-highlights-night-of-olympic-champion-wins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Day 3 Recap<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omegatiming.com\/2026\/2026-tyr-pro-swim-series01-live-results\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Results<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Women\u2019s 100 freestyle<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Rylee Erisman<\/strong> is in pole position after the morning, but she\u2019s going to have company behind her. The only swimmer to break 54 seconds, Erisman went 53.63 to grab a middle lane.<\/p>\n<p>Second was <strong>Beryl Gastaldello,<\/strong> the 50 free runner-up, in 54.05. She edged 50 free champ <strong>Simone Manuel<\/strong> by .22 seconds. Fourth was <strong>Anna Peplowski.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Summer McIntosh<\/strong> was fifth in 55.33. McIntosh has already branched out with a second-place finish in the 100 butterfly this week, and she eschewed the 200 fly in which she is the holder of the top textile time in history later in this session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Claire Weinstein,<\/strong> the winner of the 200 free, was sixth in 55.34. <strong>Chloe Stepanek<\/strong> and <strong>Teagan O\u2019Dell<\/strong> round out the A final.<\/p>\n<h4>Men\u2019s 100 freestyle<\/h4>\n<p>Fresh off his 50 fly U.S. Open record, <strong>Maxime Grousset<\/strong> finished second in the 100 free to coast into the final in a time of 48.48. He trailed only the 48.19 of <strong>Chris Guiliano.<\/strong> Five swimmers broke 49 seconds:\u00a0<strong>Brooks Curry<\/strong> (48.61), <strong>Patrick Sammon<\/strong> (48.75) and <strong>Jack Alexy<\/strong> (48.81).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shaine Casas, Matt King<\/strong> and <strong>Luke Hobson<\/strong> round out the A final. That leaves <strong>Caeleb Dressel\u2019s<\/strong> 49.27 in ninth place in the B final with <strong>Ryan Erisman<\/strong> and <strong>Kieran Smith<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Women\u2019s 200 breaststroke<\/h4>\n<p>A threadbare field yielded only 13 entrants. <strong>Grace Palmer<\/strong> led the way with a time of 2:31.80. <strong>Grace Hunt<\/strong> was second in 2:33.95, <strong>Audrey Deras<\/strong> and <strong>Cyrielle Duhamel<\/strong> followed with 2:34s and <strong>Emma Weyant<\/strong> was fifth in 2:35.72.<\/p>\n<h4>Men\u2019s 200 breaststroke<\/h4>\n<p>The scheduling faced <strong>Leon Marchand<\/strong> with a choice on the fourth day of the meet, and he opted for the 200 breast, finishing second in prelims with an easy 2:15.89. He is the second seed in finals to <strong>Denis Petrashov,<\/strong> the Kyrgyzstani Olympian leading in 2:14.47.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luc Dionne<\/strong> finished third in 2:16.14, two tenths up on <strong>Luke Barr. Jack Kelly<\/strong> rounded out the A final at 2:20.38.<\/p>\n<h4>Women\u2019s 200 butterfly<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Regan Smith\u2019s<\/strong> time of 2:09.94 led 13 swimmers with ease, in a race that again did not include <strong>Summer McIntosh. Lindsay Looney<\/strong> was the clear second place finisher in 2:12.35. It was nearly two seconds back to <strong>Emily Wolf\u2019s<\/strong> 2:14.12 in third, then another three-plus seconds to <strong>Averie Hager<\/strong> in fourth.
