According to a report by The New York Times\/Athletic, United States Olympic medalist Cody Miller has joined the Enhanced Games. The multi-sport platform will hold competition next May in swimming, track and field and weightlifting, with significant financial rewards on offer. The Enhanced Games, as its name suggests, does not prohibit performance-enhancing substances, nor banned technology, such as the super suits that were outlawed by the sport of swimming at the beginning of 2010.<\/p>\n

Miller is the latest swimmer to join the Enhanced Games, which has also attracted the likes of Australian James Magnussen, Great Britain’s Ben Proud and Ireland’s Shane Ryan. The fact that Miller has teamed with Enhanced Games is not a surprise, as the American previously backed the venture<\/a> on his YouTube channel. Miller was a gold medalist at the 2016 Olympic Games as a member of the United States’ 400 medley relay, and he also won a bronze medal in Rio de Janeiro in the 100 breaststroke.<\/p>\n
