will end her 20-year tenure with Swim Ireland<\/a> on 31 January 2026 with McMorrow set to become Interim CEO early next\u00a0 month to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\nMcMorrow has been with Swim Ireland for over a decade and currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Company Secretary with\u00a0 extensive experience in governance, strategic planning, and national facilities development.<\/p>\n
She also serves as Co-Chair of the LEN European Aquatics Learn to Swim Commission and is a Governance Mentor for World Aquatics.<\/p>\n
