More importantly, she downed the program record of 1:53.67 set at the 2017 Big Ten Championships by Gia Dalesandro.<\/p>\n<p>Despite being shorthanded for the U.S. Open, the Indiana women claimed a 157-124 win over the Bearcats. The Indiana men claimed a 162-112 victory.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iuhoosiers.com\/news\/2025\/12\/5\/mens-swimming-and-diving-no-3-10-grana-sets-school-record-hoosiers-roll-in-fall-finale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Recap<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/big-ten-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Ten Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Grana also dominated in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:00.24. Grana\u2019s time of 49.82 was exhibitioned but the second-quickest in the 100 free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kristina Paegle<\/strong> swept the sprints, going 21.88 in the 50 and 48.07 in the 100. Paegle matched that exact 50 time off the front of the winning 200 free relay. <strong>Mya DeWitt<\/strong> did the backstroke double, clocking in at 51.65 in the 100 and 1:54.63 in the 200. <strong>Grace Hoeper<\/strong> won the 200 free and 100 fly.<\/p>\n<p>Indiana won the distance events via <strong>Luci Gutierrez<\/strong> in the 1,000 free and <strong>Reese Tiltmann<\/strong> in the 500. The Hoosiers swept diving, with <strong>Ella Roselli<\/strong> scoring 317.10 to win 1-meter and 364.95 on 3-meter.<\/p>\n<p>DeWitt, 200 breast champ <strong>Jonette Lagreid,<\/strong> Grana and Hoepner won the 200 medley relay. Paegle, <strong>Amelia Bray, Alessandra Gusperti<\/strong> and <strong>Sze Yeo<\/strong> claimed the 200 free relay.<\/p>\n<p>Indiana\u2019s men\u2019s team found competition within their ranks. In the 100 free, <strong>Raekwon Noel<\/strong> won in 42.86, ahead of <strong>Vidar Carlbaum\u2019s<\/strong> 43.00. Noel earlier won the 200 free in 1:35.33, and Carlbaum went 19.45 to win the 50. Noel would add the 200 I in 1:46.25, ahead of 200 fly winner <strong>Josh Bey.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the 100 breast, Dylan Smiley\u2019s 52.63 outtouched teammate <strong>Toby Barnett,<\/strong> who won the 200 breast. Smiley added a win in the 100 fly in 47.62, .36 ahead of <strong>Max Lestina. David Kovacs<\/strong> swept the backstroke events. <strong>Luke Ellis<\/strong> (8:56.41) and<strong> Andrew<\/strong> <strong>Shackell<\/strong> (4:22.34) reigned in distance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Max Weinrich<\/strong> tallied 425.55 to win 3-meter, with three teammates in the 390s.
