EVERY year, <i>Swimming World<\/i>&#39;s panel of correspondents and experts from around the world selects the male and female World Swimmer of the Year.  It is among the most prestigious honors in the sport of swimming.<\/p>\n<p>This year will be no different.  The experts will make their selections (along with their choices for European, American and Pacific Rim Swimmers of the Year, and the results will be featured in the December issue of <i>Swimming World<\/i>.
