The Penn State men prevailed in West Point, 169-130.<\/p>\n<p>Webber started the meet on the winning 200 medley relay, with <strong>Angie McKane, Catriona Gilmore<\/strong> and <strong>Sydney Braeger.<\/strong> Webber also won the 500 free in 4:48.25, and she helped the team of McKane, <strong>Kira MacMullan<\/strong> and <strong>Grace Wagner<\/strong> win the 400 free relay in 3:21.89.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gopsusports.com\/documents\/fbe34c9c-6b5e-464b-b40f-b3979467ede5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/big-ten-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Ten Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gilmore went 1:00.95 to win the 100 breast and 213.42 to claim the 200 breast. She was also second in the 200 individual medley. Braeger\u2019s time of 2:00.08 won the 200 fly ahead of <strong>Cora Webber,<\/strong> then Braeger was second to the winning time of 52.62 from McKane in the 100 fly. McKane won the 50 free in 22.81. <strong>Layne Peterson<\/strong> claimed the 200 back for the Black Knights.<\/p>\n<p>Penn State got a win from <strong>Morgan Moore<\/strong> in the 1,000 free. She was second to Webber in the 500. <strong>Margaret Markvardt<\/strong> (100 back), <strong>Catherine Meisner<\/strong> (100 free) and <strong>Julia Barto<\/strong> (200 IM) added wins for Penn State. The Nittany Lions\u2019 <strong>Kailey Koval<\/strong> wept the diving events.<\/p>\n<p>Penn State rode its big guns on the men\u2019s side. <strong>Eduardo Cisternas\u2019<\/strong> second win of the meet \u2013 a 4:20.94 in the 500 free \u2013 keyed a 1-2-3 sweep that effectively put the meet away. Cisternas won the 1,000 free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mariano Lazzerini<\/strong> did the breaststroke double, in 51.52 (ahead of Army\u2019s <strong>Kohen Rankin<\/strong>) and 1:53.94. Second in the latter was <strong>Vicente Villanueva,<\/strong> who went on to win the 200 IM in 1:48.33. Lazzerini joined <strong>Matthew Bittner, Cooper Morley<\/strong> and <strong>Tylor Kim<\/strong> in edging Army\u2019s 200 medley relay by three tenths in 1:24.37. Lazzerini, Bittner, Kim and <strong>Rylan Anselm<\/strong> won the 400 free relay in 2:35.18, seventh tenths up on the Black Knights.<\/p>\n<p>Bittner won the 100 fly. Kim\u2019s 20.09 won the 50 free, then he claimed the 100 free in 43.31. Morley was second in both backstrokes. Anselm finished second in the 200 free. <strong>Alexander Reese<\/strong> and <strong>Jack Olivier<\/strong> went 1-2 on 1-meter diving.<\/p>\n<p>There were plenty of battles on the men\u2019s side. <strong>Thomas Hadji<\/strong> of Army won the 200 free in 1:35.96, .03 up on Anselm.
