The Louisville women bested UT, 154-144. The winning margin over Auburn was wider, but the Vols handled their SEC foe in both meets.<\/p>\n<h4>Men\u2019s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Louisville 145.5, Tennessee 136.5<\/li>\n<li>Louisville 184, Auburn 99<\/li>\n<li>Tennessee 165, Auburn 132<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Women\u2019s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Louisville 154, Tennessee 144<\/li>\n<li>Louisville 180.5, Auburn 119.5<\/li>\n<li>Tennessee 176, Auburn 121<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Louisville\u2019s men got an early jump on the competition. The quartet of <strong>Rian Graham, Finnley Conklin, Aiden Musso<\/strong> and <strong>Nikita Sheremet<\/strong> went 1:23.58 to open with a win in the 200 medley relay. The Cardinals added 1-2 finishes in two of the first three individual events, with <strong>Tommy Bried<\/strong> (9:03.74) leading <strong>Max Hatcher<\/strong> in the 1,000 freestyle and <strong>Filip Kosinski<\/strong> (46.23) besting teammate <strong>Jackson Millard<\/strong> by three tenths in the 100 backstroke.<\/p>\n<p>Kosinski added a win in the 200 back in 1:41.41, with Millard second again by .22 seconds this time. Millard was .06 off a win in the 200 individual medley, teammate <strong>Gregg Enoch<\/strong> winning in 145.43. <strong>Jake Eccleston<\/strong> won the 200 breaststroke in 1:54.47 for Louisville.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/utsports.com\/documents\/2025\/10\/30\/20251030_TENN_AUB_LOU_Full_Results.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/acc-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACC Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/sec-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SEC Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gui Caribe<\/strong> was the men\u2019s meet\u2019s standout for Tennessee. The Brazilian Olympian split 18.28 off the end of the Vols third-place 200 medley relay. He went 18.77 to dominate the 50 free, then 41.61 to boss the 100 free, with teammate <strong>Nikoli Blackman<\/strong> second.<\/p>\n<p>Blackman and Caribe (41.14) joined <strong>Pedro Sasone<\/strong> and <strong>Kamal Muhammad<\/strong> to win the 400 free relay in 2:48.02, the fifth-fastest time in program history.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad won the 100 butterfly in 46.10. <strong>Martin Espernberger<\/strong> won his specialty 200 fly in 1:42.01, 2.5 seconds ahead of the field. <strong>Koby Bujak-Upton<\/strong> went 4:19.31 to win the 500 free. <strong>Bennett Greene<\/strong> scored 400.80 points on 1-meter and 402.40 on 3-meter, the latter a 1-2 with teammate <strong>Frazer Tavener<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Auburn picked up two wins in the front half of the meet, with <strong>Daniel Kirchevsky<\/strong> going 1:32.72 in the 200 free. He edged <strong>Guy Brooks<\/strong> of Louisville by .16 and Blackman by .24. <strong>Uros Zivanovic<\/strong> went 53.01 to win the 100 breast, a race where the top five were separated by .34 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Louisville bookended its triumph with relay victories from the same quartet. <strong>Julie Mishler, Caroline Larsen, Ella Welch<\/strong> and <strong>Julia Dennis<\/strong> went 1:34.21 to win the 200 medley relay, then 3:10.27 to claim the 400 free.<\/p>\n<p>Dennis won the 50 free in 21.21, edging out Tennessee\u2019s <strong>Camille Spink<\/strong> by .09 seconds, with Larsen third. Spink won the 100 free in 46.53, but Larsen was second and Dennis third. Welch won the 100 fly in 51.64. <strong>Kim Herkle<\/strong> and <strong>Mia Cheatwood<\/strong> went 1-2 in the 200 breast, a race where four swimmers went 2:10-point. Cheatwood was second and Welch third in the 100 breast.<\/p>\n<p>Tennessee\u2019s <strong>Ella Jansen<\/strong> was the standout individual of the day with three wins. The Canadian Olympian went 1:43.33 to dominate the 200 free, 1:56.25 to win the 200 IM and 4:38.86 to claim the 500 free. The latter event featured 1,000 free winner <strong>Daria Golovaty<\/strong> of Louisville, who finished second, and Jansen\u2019s UT mate <strong>Emily Brown,<\/strong> who finished third after winning the 200 fly in 1:55.33.<\/p>\n<p>Tennessee\u2019s <strong>Emilie Fast<\/strong> was in the 100 breast, going 59.54, one of three sub-minute performances, and <strong>Sophie Brison<\/strong> claimed the 200 back.<\/p>\n<p>Auburn got a swimming win via <strong>Lora Komoroczy<\/strong> going 51.99in the 100 back, ahead of Mischler by .17 seconds. She was second to Welch in the 100 fly.
