Knapp understands the dedication and balance the sport requires, as she qualified for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 800-meter and 1500-meter freestyles. Her experience in the sport helps her connect with guests on a personal level, creating authentic and engaging conversations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sophia shared:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe idea came from wanting to provide a voice and safe space for swimmers to talk about life beyond a race. I\u2019m also really excited to connect with the swim community and highlight what the journey looks like \u2014 from being a young athlete to becoming a professional swimmer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sophia\u2019s goal is to \u201cshow the human side of the sport and share stories that inspire connection and perspective within the swimming community.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Future episodes will feature a mix of up-and-coming age group athletes, collegiate captains, Olympians, and coaches.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Episode 1: Stanford Seniors Torri Huske and Kayla Wilson<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The debut episode features Stanford seniors Torri Huske and Kayla Wilson \u2014 two incredibly accomplished NCAA swimmers and leaders.
