The meet will be held at the OCBC Aquatic Centre and marks the third major competition held in Singapore this year, following the summer&#8217;s World Championships and the World Masters Championships.<\/p>\n<p>More than 600 athletes representing 60 countries are expected to compete at the World Para Champs, highlighted by numerous Paralympic medalists. Team USA will be represented by the likes of veterans Leanne Smith, Jessica Long and Christie Raleigh Crossley, while rising star Katie Kubiak will make her debut at the World Championships. Long is a 29-time Paralympic medalist and will be competing in her ninth World Championships. She has won 54 medals during her career at Worlds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re incredibly proud of this team and excited to see them represent the U.S. in Singapore,\u201d said Amanda Duke Boulet, the Director of U.S. Paralympics Swimming. \u201cThis roster reflects both the strength of our veteran leadership and the exciting promise of our rising stars.
