Olympic Gold Medalist Ryan Held Announces Retirement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Olympic gold medalist Ryan Held<\/strong> on Monday announced his retirement from competitive swimming.<\/p>\n

Held was a member of Team USA at the 2016 and 2024 Olympics, winning gold in the men\u2019s 400 freestyle relay at both meets.<\/p>\n

Held made the announcement on social media.<\/p>\n
