Titles<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The 2025 YMCA Swimming Championships concluded from Ocala, Florida, with Day 5.<\/p>\n<p>Upper Main Line claimed the women&#8217;s team title with 622 points, followed by Lakeland Hills (510), York and York County (493), Greater Spartanburg (462) and Jersey Shore (437.5).<\/p>\n<p>Greater Spartanburg won the men&#8217;s team title with 745.5 points, followed by Greater Somerset (621.5), York (466), Lakeland Hills (354) and Farmington Valley (337.5).<\/p>\n<p>The final day events included the women&#8217;s and men&#8217;s 1500 freestyle, 200 IM, 50 freestyle and 400 medley relay.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a look at what happened on the final night:<\/p>\n<h2>YMCA Championships: Women&#8217;s 1500 Freestyle<\/h2>\n<p>Upper Main Line&#8217;s Ellie McNamara dropped eight seconds from her seed time to win the timed finals in the 1500, getting to the wall in 17:19.08.<\/p>\n<p>Lynchburg&#8217;s <strong>Broughton Webb<\/strong> was second in 17:21.44, followed by
