YMCA Championships Day 3: Jimmy Breeson Takes a First and Second as Spartanburg Leads<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The 2025 YMCA Swimming Championships continued from Ocala, Florida, with the Day 3 finals.<\/p>\n

The session included the 100 butterfly, 50 backstroke, 400 IM and 400 freestyle relay.<\/p>\n

Spartanburg leads the men’s meet and Upper Main Line leads the women’s meet.<\/p>\n

Lakeland Hills ‘s Anna Kilponen<\/strong> started the night with a win in the 100 fly, getting to the wall in 1:01.37, just off of her 1:00.99 from prelims.<\/p>\n
Jersey Shore’s Maya Freeman<\/strong> finished second in 1:01.77, followed by Upper Main Line’s Audrey<\/strong> Schroeder<\/strong> (1:02.89), Pocono’s Sydney Wolbert<\/strong> (1:02.91) and Triangle Area’s Aubrey Mitchell<\/strong> (1:03.00).<\/p>\n

Spartanburg’s Jimmy Beeson<\/strong>, fresh off a win in the 100 fly, was second in 26.28.<\/p>\n
Lakeland Hills’ Connor Johnson<\/strong> was third in 26.29, followed by Ridley Area’s Jonathan Hoole<\/strong> (26.53) and Triangle Area’s Ryan Sutherland<\/strong> (26.85).<\/p>\n
