Lakeland Hills is second with 231, followed by Greater Spartanburg (187), Jersey Shore (183.5) and Powel Crosley (176.5).<\/p>\n<p>Greater Spartanburg leads the men&#8217;s meet with 308 points. Greater Somerset County is second with 239, followed by York (158), Indian Valley (152) and Lakeland Hills (148).<\/p>\n<p>Here is a look at what happened on Day 2:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ymca-championships-day-1-lakeland-hills-upper-main-line-tied-for-womens-lead\/\">Day 1 Recap<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>\nYMCA Championships: Women&#8217;s 200 Free<\/h2>\n<p>Oshkosh Wisconsin&#8217;s <strong>Kiersten Dietschweiler<\/strong> earned her second win of the meet, holding off the field in the 200 free.<\/p>\n<p>The 16-year-old finished in 2:05.32, dropping almost two seconds from prelims and besting the field by about a half second.<\/p>\n<p>Upper Main Line&#8217;s <strong>Ellie McNamara<\/strong> was also under 2:06, getting to the wall in 2:05.98 to earn second place.<\/p>\n<p>Lakeland Hills&#8217;
