He was a Big 12 champion in the 1,650 freestyle and 500 free this year, the Sun Devils\u2019 first in the conference, and was a six-time All-American. He placed on the podium in six events as part of Arizona State\u2019s back-to-back Pac 12 titles in 2023 and 2024.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/big-12-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big 12 Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Peoria, Arizona, native swam at the 2024 World Short-Course Championships, finishing 10th in the 800 free and 11th in the 1,500 free. He finaled at Olympic Trials in the 400 free, 800 free and 1,500 free.<\/p>\n<p>Matheson received his bachelor\u2019s degree in business with an emphasis in sports business in May.<\/p>\n<p>Little was also a distance swimmer, from 2018-22, qualifying for a pair of Pac-12 Championships. The Arkansas helped Arizona State finish third in the Pac-12 Championships in 2022, part of the extended upward climb to the national title in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Little received his bachelor\u2019s degree in kinesiology in 2022, then did a grad transfer year at the University of Tennessee.
