WILLIAMSBURG, Kent, November 10. THIS weekend the Cumberland College men's and women\u2019s swim teams traveled to the University of the South, where they competed in the Sewanee Invitational swim tournament. Both teams did an outstanding job as the men brought home first place and the women brought home third. <\/p>\n
Cumberland swimmers placed first in 18 out of 34 events. The women\u2019s team broke 11 meet records, one pool record, and had 19 NAIA National cuts. The men also did an outstanding job as they pulled together and won first place in the Invitational.<\/p>\n
