Gose was first up on the blocks and secured a four-second decision when she touched the wall in 1:58.38. Martens, who earlier in the weekend won the 100 backstroke and 100 freestyle, followed by winning the men&#8217;s 200 freestyle in 1:46.16.<\/p>\n<p>Gose and Martens are among a strong contingent of German athletes who figure to be factors at this summer&#8217;s World Championships in Singapore. They will be joined in Asia by the likes of <strong>Angelina Kohler<\/strong> and <strong>Florian Wellbrock<\/strong>, among others, as Germany continues to deepen its arsenal on the international level.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ergebnis.scm-schwimmen.de\/\">Results<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Johannes Liebmann<\/strong> became the fourth German man to crack the 15-minute barrier in the 1500 feestyle this year when he won the event in 14:57.00. Liebmann prevailed by more than a minute and joined countryman <strong>Florian<\/strong> <strong>Wellbrock<\/strong> (14:38.27), <strong>Oliver Klemet<\/strong> (14:43.01) and <strong>Sven Schwarz<\/strong> (14:52.62) as Germans who have gone faster than 15:00 in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>After taking first place in the 400 freestyle on Saturday, <strong>Maya Werner<\/strong> was fastest in the women&#8217;s 200 backstroke, thanks to a swim of 2:11.65. Meanwhile, <strong>Nina Holt<\/strong> completed the sprint-freestyle sweep when she clocked 25.11 to top the field in the 50 freestyle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Isabel
