Weyant is coming off a disappointing 20th-place finish in the 500 free Thursday. They will each highlight a circle-seeded heat, with the up-and-coming Stanford duo of\u00a0<strong>Caroline Bricker<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Lucy Bell<\/strong> up one heat prior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gretchen Walsh<\/strong> is the heavy favorite for another NCAA title in the 100 fly, an event in which she ranks one second quicker than any other swimmer in history. Walsh swims in between\u00a0<strong>Leah Shackley<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Giulia Carvalho<\/strong> in the final heat while 100-meter fly Olympic champion\u00a0<strong>Torri Huske<\/strong> and two-time 200 fly national champion\u00a0<strong>Emma Sticklen<\/strong> are in lane for in the other circle-seeded heats.<\/p>\n<p>In the 200 free, Olympian\u00a0<strong>Erin Gemmell<\/strong> races in the first circle-seeded heat next to <strong>Minna Abraham<\/strong>, with <strong>Stephanie Balduccini<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Camille Spink<\/strong> to follow. Top-seeded\u00a0<strong>Anna Peplowski\u00a0<\/strong>will god in the last heat alongside\u00a0<strong>Aimee Canny<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Brooklyn Douthwright<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Aurora Roghair<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tennessee freshman\u00a0<strong>McKenzie Siroky<\/strong> swims in her first NCAA Championships individual event in the 100 breast, highlighting the third-to-last heat before Olympic medalist teammate <strong>Mona McSharry<\/strong> in the following heat. The final slate of racers includes the Virginia duo of\u00a0<strong>Alex Walsh<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Emma Weber<\/strong> plus past NCAA champion\u00a0<strong>Kaitlyn Dobler<\/strong> of USC.<\/p>\n<p>In the 100 back,\u00a0<strong>Bella Sims<\/strong> tries to rebound from a 17th-place result in the 500 free. She is the top seed racing a final heat that also includes veterans\u00a0<strong>Josephine Fuller<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Isabelle Stadden<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Kennedy Noble<\/strong>.
