Photo Courtesy Channel Nine.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coverage that started with the most anticipated race of the Paris swimming program with Aussie golden girl <strong>Ariarne Titmus<\/strong> defending her 400m freestyle crown in an Olympic showdown featuring Canadian superstar <strong>Summer McIntosh<\/strong> and the world\u2019s greatest female freestyler <strong>Katie Ledecky.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aussie fans were then glued to their television sets as the Australia v USA battles continued to unfold \u2013 with <strong>Kaylee McKeown, Mollie O\u2019Callaghan<\/strong>, <strong>Cameron McEvoy<\/strong> and Australia\u2019s all-conquering female freestyle relay swimmers joining the gold rush.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/category\/oceania\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oceania Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before the inspirational stories of <strong>Alexa Leary<\/strong> and <strong>Ben Hance<\/strong> drew record audiences to the Paralympic coverage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will be a partnership that will continue to grow both brands and enhance the profiles of Australia\u2019s swimmers and The Dolphins National Team \u2013 and a partnership that first came to the fore leading into the Sydney 2000 Games \u2013 playing a crucial broadcast role as Australia under Don Talbot defeated the Americans for the first time at the 2001 World\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nine\u2019s coverage will come to life across streaming, broadcast and publishing platforms &#8211; including the 9Network and 9Now &#8211; for the Swimming Australia calendar that includes Australian Swimming. Trials,\u00a0Australian Short Course Championships, Australian Age Championships and Australian Open Championships.<\/p>\n<p>The comprehensive agreement will ensure meets featuring Australia\u2019s top swimmers will be available in every household nationally, cementing Nine as the home of swimming, starting with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/50000-prizemoney-on-offer-as-olympians-and-weekend-warriors-line-up-for-australian-open-water-championships-in-wa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this week\u2019s Australian Open Water Championships and OceanSwim Festival in Busselton, Western Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Looking ahead, viewers can watch elite international racing on Nine including the Pan Pacific Championships in 2026 and 2030.<\/p>\n<p>CEO of Swimming Australia, <strong>Rob Woodhouse <\/strong>described the landmark agreement with Australia\u2019s commercial rights agency <em>SportFive<\/em> \u201c for its role in the development of what she described as \u201can exciting partnership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It was the partnership between Swimming Australia and Australia\u2019s original Olympic agency, Sports Marketing And Management (now SportFive) that heralded that golden era of the 1990s and 2000s that featured superstars
