I would like to give a huge thank you to my amazing family, friends, and MTAC coaches for their unwavering support throughout this process. I would also like to give a huge thanks to the IU swim coaching staff for giving me this amazing opportunity! GO HOOSIERS&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Primarily a backstroker, Rottink does her club swimming with Memphis Thunder Aquatic Club and earned four best times at Juniors East earlier this month where her highest finish was an 18th-place showing in the 200 back. She raced the 100m back at Olympic Trials this past summer before going on to earn a trip of top-3 finishes at Southeastern LCM Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 back \u2013 53.19<\/li>\n<li>200 back \u2013 1:55.89<\/li>\n<li>50 free \u2013 23.32<\/li>\n<li>100 free \u2013 51.29<\/li>\n<li>200 free \u2013 1:49.98<\/li>\n<li>100 fly \u2013 54.80<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at Houston High School, Rottink won the 100 back and was the 200 free runner-up at the TISCA State Swimming and Diving Championships in 2024.
