A neutral athletes quartet was next through in 1:29.94.<\/p>\n<p>Also through: Poland (1:30.14), Canada (1:30.23), 2022 bronze medallists the Netherlands (1:30.53), Norway (1:30.89), Hong Kong (1:30.94) and Slovakia (1:31.00).<\/p>\n<p>However, the United States failed to qualify with the quartet of <strong>Michael Andrew<\/strong> (21.27), <strong>Matt King<\/strong> (21.23), <strong>Claire Weinstein<\/strong> (24.49) and <strong>Alex Shackell<\/strong> (24.09) combining to post 1:31.08 and finish ninth.
