I would like to thank my parents, my friends and teammates, Coach David, the coaching staff of Louisville, and everyone who has helped me throughout this process. GO CARDS!!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A backstroker and U.S. Open qualifier, Knopf does his club swimming with Northern Kentucky Clippers. He earned silver in the 200m back this past summer at Columbia Sectionals where he also placed fifth in both the 400m free and 400m IM. He swept both backstroke events at the ISCA International Senior Cup in March.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 back \u2013 1:46.67<\/li>\n<li>100 back \u2013 50.18<\/li>\n<li>200 free \u2013 1:39.88<\/li>\n<li>100 free \u2013 46.19<\/li>\n<li>50 free \u2013 21.14<\/li>\n<li>400 IM \u2013 3:56.55<\/li>\n<li>200 IM \u2013 1:55.61<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at Ryle High School, Knopf earned bronze in the 200 free and took ninth in the 100 back at the 2024 Kentucky State Championships.
