Brynn Lavigueur Is Latest Texas Verbal Pledge For 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Texas has gained another valuable addition to its Class of 2026 after earning a verbal pledge from\u00a0Brynn Lavigueur\u00a0<\/strong>of Sarasota, Florida.<\/p>\n

She will join\u00a0Mena Boardman<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Avery Klamforth<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Sydney Shoeck<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in Austin as a member of the Longhorns\u2019 Class of 2030.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

“I am extremely grateful and excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at the University of Texas. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to my family for their sacrifices, and to my coaches and teammates for their constant support. A special thank you to Coach Carol, Mitch and Chad for this incredible opportunity. This is truly a dream come true! HOOK EM\u2019 BABY”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lavigueur does her club swimming with Sarasota Sharks and earned silver in the 100m back this past summer at Huntsville Futures, where she also took fourth in the 50m free and fifth in the 100m free. She was the runner-up in both backstroke events at Southern Zone Seniors last spring before going on to win the 200 free at Florida Seniors.<\/p>\n
