Bogdan Zverev Says ‘Roll Tide’ With 2026 Verbal To Alabama<\/strong><\/p>\n

NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Alabama has secured another verbal commitment for the 2026-27 season and beyond from\u00a0Bogdan Zverev\u00a0<\/strong>of Sarasota, Florida.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Jack Grimley<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in Tuscaloosa as a member of the Crimson Tide’s Class of 2030.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m super excited to announce my verbal commitment to swim and study at the University of Alabama! I want to thank all of my family, coaches, and friends who believed in me and supported me along the way. A huge thank you to the coaching staff at Alabama for giving me this wonderful opportunity. ROLL TIDE”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Zverev, who does his club swimming with Sarasota Sharks, capped off his long course season at Florida Senior Championships where he won the 200m fly and 400m IM. He placed seventh in the 400m IM at Southern Zone Seniors back in February before going on to place sixth in the 200 fly at Florida Spring Championships.<\/p>\n
