She\u2019ll arrive in Raleigh as part of the Wolfpack\u2019s Class of 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>\u201cI am extremely excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at North Carolina State University! I would like to thank my friends, family, coaches and teammates for the endless support. I would also like to thank the coaches at NC state for giving me this special opportunity! GO PACK\u203c\ufe0f\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Schwenk does her club swimming with Sarasota Sharks. She capped off her long course season at Huntsville Futures where she placed 10th in the 100m free as well as 11th in both the 100m fly and 200m free.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In February, Schwenk raced to 11th in both the 100 back and 100 fly at Southern Zone Seniors before going on to collect silver in the 200 free and bronze in the 500 free at Florida Spring Seniors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Her best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100 back &#8211; 53.95<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100 fly &#8211; 54.87<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">200 free &#8211; 1:48.12<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">500 free &#8211; 4:49.74<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Currently a junior at Riverview Sarasota High School, Schwenk won the 100 back and earned bronze in the 100 fly at the 2023 Florida 4A State Championships when she was a sophomore.
