Henry Pool on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTonight was a total team effort to earn the win against a really good UNI team,\u201d Iowa Head Coach <strong>Nathan Mundt<\/strong> said. \u201cWe had some great performances by <strong>Olivia Swalley, Makayla Hughbanks, Olivia Frantum<\/strong>, and <strong>Annie Galvin<\/strong> to begin the season. Now can learn what we can do better heading into our next meet two weeks from tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Iowa divers started the day strong for the Hawkeyes. Senior\u00a0<strong>Makayla Hughbanks<\/strong>\u00a0collected two individual wins in both the 1-meter (289.73) and 3-meter (305.25) dives, respectively. Junior\u00a0<strong>Lainey Woodward<\/strong>\u00a0and senior\u00a0<strong>Geneva Pauly<\/strong>\u00a0added points for the Hawkeyes as well. Woodward got second in the 1-meter with a score of 267.75 and Pauly came in third in the 3-meter with a score of 240.38.<\/p>\n<p>The Hawkeye swimmers tallied eight individual wins and one relay win. Sophomore\u00a0<strong>Olivia Swalley<\/strong>\u00a0earned three first-place finishes in both the 100 (1:03.17) and 200 breaststroke (2:18.77) and in the 200 IM (2:03.40). Senior\u00a0<strong>Annie Galvin<\/strong>\u00a0and sophomore\u00a0<strong>Olivia Frantum<\/strong>\u00a0added two wins of their own as well.
