Army West Point Secures Verbal From Breaststroker Gavin Santoso<\/strong><\/p>\n

NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The United States Military Academy has picked up a new verbal commitment for the 2025-26 season and beyond from Futures qualifier Gavin Santoso<\/strong> of Arcadia, California.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Matt Fortson<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and Lewis Esterly<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Black Knights\u2019 Class of 2029.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m incredibly honored to announce my verbal commitment to swim and study at the United States Military Academy at West Point! I want to thank God first for guiding me throughout this journey. I\u2019m grateful for my coaches, family, and friends for making this dream come true and a huge thanks to the USMA coaches for giving me this opportunity! GO ARMY! #beatnavy”<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Primarily a breaststroker, Santoso does his club swimming with Rose Bowl Aquatics. At the CA\/NV Speedo Sectional Championship back in December, he won the B-final of the 100 breast.<\/p>\n
