a top five time in the world this year &#8211; as he eyes tonight\u2019s final and a place in his fourth Olympic Games in Paris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The just turned 30-year-old from Somerville House Swimming (QLD) and coached by <strong>Tim Lane, <\/strong>was well under the Games QT of 21.88 and well ahead of his nearest rival, <strong>Ben Armbruster<\/strong> (Bond, QLD) who went a personal best of 21.91 \u2013 the equal eight fastest time by an Australian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">World championship finalist in 2023 and 2024, <strong>Isaac Cooper <\/strong>(St Andrews, QLD; Coach: <strong>Ash Delaney) <\/strong>won his heat in 21.92 and goes in third fastest ahead of <strong>Jamie Jack<\/strong> (St Peters Western, QLD; Coach <strong>Dean Boxall<\/strong>) \u2013 <strong>Shayna Jack\u2019s<\/strong> 21-year-old brother in 22.08 and Olympic and world champion 100m freestyler <strong>Kyle Chalmers<\/strong> in fifth in 22.12.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rounding out the top eight are <strong>Thomas Nowakowski<\/strong> (USC Spartans, QLD;
