THE Gold Medallion is one of the most prestigious honors to be given to a former swimmer who has devoted a lifetime of service to their community, and in 2014 the International Swimming Hall of Fame bestowed the award on Bob Dudley.<\/p>\n<p>Dudley started his swimming career as a standout at Hinsdale High School, and pursued a career in the oil industry.
